Where is the office located?
Starting in April 2021 we will be at 16130 Juan Hernandez Drive, Suite 102, Morgan Hill, CA 95037. See the photo above for the location of our suite.
When will the office be open?
The Morgan Hill office will be open Monday through Friday. See the Staff Schedule below for details.
How do I make an appointment to be seen in the Morgan Hill office?
Call the Almaden office at (408) 268-1122 and request to be seen in Morgan Hill. All of our contact information will remain the same as before.
What services will you provide in the Morgan Hill office?
We will provide all of the same services in our Morgan Hill office as we do in our Almaden office.
What if my child needs to be seen but there is no provider in Morgan Hill?
Our office in Almaden is also open Monday-Saturday. We are always happy to see all of our patients in Almaden.
On Saturdays, we see all patients in Almaden.
I have a school form that needs to be completed. Can I drop it off in Morgan Hill?
Yes, we will complete forms during office hours. Please allow 2-3 days for forms to be completed. As a reminder, there is a $10 fee to complete all forms.
