Please Bear With Us During This Transition

Despite our hard work, there are bound to be some hiccups along the way as we implement this new system. Please know as we learn the system we will get back to the efficient office you come to know.
FAQ’s
Why are you partnering with UCSF?
In today’s environment of “big box” healthcare (Stanford, PAMF), it has become increasingly difficult for smaller practices to stay independent and continue to provide the personalized care our patients enjoy. Our partnership with UCSF provides stability and enhances our ability to provide premiere care in a personalized environment while maintaining our independence.
Will there be new providers at the office?
No. Our providers and staff will remain the same.
What Insurance plans will you accept?
We will accept all of the plans we already accept and more! This includes Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Cigna, Healthnet, and TriCare. We will also accept many smaller plans.
How do I find out if you take my plan?
Call your insurance plan and confirm that you are in network with “Bay Children’s Physicians” Tax ID #47-1370520.
Will you still accept SCCIPA HMO?
Yes! We will continue to accept all SCCIPA HMO plans.
What do I need to do?
You will want to create a MyChart account ASAP. A MyChart account will allow you to:
-Send a message to the office staff or your provider
-Request Refills
-See lab results
-Review medications, information about your appointment
